At Simex, we have the necessary tools to elaborate products of excellent quality, through our laboratory, which focuses on transforming and making color design a reality; framed by the technique, technology and performance of each of the collaborators in the area, who through hard work strive to obtain a good result in the design of the pigment. For the development of this process we have excellent operators, who have 16 and 17 years of experience in the pigment area, where they have learned to identify the thermoplastic resins, carrying out each of the processes successfully.<\/p>\n\n
At Simex, we carry out a whole preparation procedure, where step by step we achieve the development of the color requested by our customers, where we have the necessary equipment to carry it out, such as high performance gravimetric scales. When elaborating the colorant, the compatibility with the resins must be taken into account, since not all of them are compatible with the pigments, so the trial and error methodology is used, where a formula is developed according to the customer’s requirements, and to achieve the shade that they want to capture in their products in a successful way, avoiding errors in the process. At Simex, we have a laboratory, Color Club, where a screen provides us with the formulation of the process, which allows us to control the weight and not exceed the quantities needed at the time.<\/p>\n\n
